Fun Cooking & Nutrition Classes
Let’s cook together! Join us for relaxed, judgement-free cooking classes where we share our favorite family traditions, learn new recipes and easy ways to make our favorite comfort foods healthier.
Our Partners
Creative Storytelling & Art
Feed your soul and celebrate our community’s deep roots. We are partnering with the Vincent Walters Urban Farm and Nana Knows to bring you fun, hands-on activities that combine art, storytelling, and gardening that are all about expression and joy.
Gentle Movement
Each session will start with some gentle movement that you can take home to build strength and increase mobility. We will also host optional walks throughout the program.
Bringing the Best of Our Community Together
Healthy Connections is a true community effort! Food Leads is proud to partner with The Vincent Walters Urban Farm and Nana Knows to bring you these unique, creative art and storytelling sessions. We are so grateful to the Fran Ryan Center for opening its doors and hosting our weekly gatherings.
This program is made possible through the generous support and sponsorship of the Franklin County Office on Aging and ADAMH.
